Co-Caring Model Second Survey

All RNs who are assigned to the Surgical Unit/4 OP or a Resource Team member who is assigned to this unit are asked to complete this follow up survey to help the WSNA Officers and WSNA members of the Hospital Staffing Committee advocate for the staffing needs and safety of the nurses and the patients that are cared for on this unit.

We will not share names of nurses who submit the survey with the employer. WSNA only needs to ensure the nurses submitting are assigned to the Surgical unit.
