Show Of Support

Thank you to everyone who came out as a show of support. Your efforts mean a lot to the entire negotiating team.

Negotiations update: day six

On Nov. 13, day six of negotiations, we presented a new staffing proposal. There was some movement on workplace violence from management. They assured us that they are hiring more security and will be increasing signage regarding the zero-tolerance policy on aggressive behavior. We exchanged a number of counter-proposals; however, we are still far apart on many issues. We are working on scheduling more dates to meet with management. Our next session is on Nov. 27.
