Nurses Week message

Thank you!

We are in unprecedented times as you, more than most, can attest. Now during Nurses Week, we are in the middle of the greatest challenge our generation of healthcare providers has encountered. Words cannot express the deep sense of gratitude and pride we feel towards you, our heroes and champions in this fight. In past years, we have had the honor of celebrating together with our nurse appreciation breakfast which is not possible at this time. Your officers have decided not to cancel this event but postpone until we can come together again in good health.

Now that elective surgeries can resume, we are glad to see our patients get the care they need. For the health of patients, our families and ourselves, we need to remain vigilant. It is important to keep us informed on the status of protective equipment you have access to in each of your departments so that we can continue to advocate for you at the state level. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey if you have not done so already.

In Solidarity!

Your Officers:
Martha Galvez, Jacob Garcia, Vanessa Douglas, Kathy Peot, Adam Halvorsen
