Negotiations update

We met for session nine with the administration on Dec. 14. We are holding strong on our position to maintain our PTO, safe staffing and workplace violence language. Our negotiation team has spent a considerable amount of time reviewing Providence’s PTO proposal and it is a considerable takeaway.

We understand that there are still a lot of questions about the PTO proposal and what is meant by “block breaks.” Our team will be putting together our own fact sheet to help clarify these issues. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to our negotiating team with specific questions.

In Solidarity,

Your Negotiation Team:

Jacob Garcia (CDU), Martha Galvez (Birth Center), Vanessa Douglas (ICU), Toni Ledridge (PAS), Kathy Peot (Resource), Marianne Sturtevant (OR), Meri Bukovinsky (CDU), Joyce McMurphy (NICU), (Anthony) Tony Jones (Cath Lab) and Joy Barclay (DI)
