Negotiations update

We met with the administration on Dec. 10 for our eighth session of bargaining. We offered a full package proposal at 11 a.m. with hopes of reaching a tentative agreement. After 4 p.m., the administration returned with a partial response that did not include replies to our workplace violence language or staffing proposal. Furthermore, the administration's partial responses were predicated on us accepting their PTO proposal.

We would like to thank everyone who was able to attend the Unity dinner and leave messages on the posters that we presented to the administration yesterday. The administration is just not hearing us.
