Update – Retirement Contributions (Retroactive Correction)

WSNA Members,

We have received an update from Kadlec regarding the 2026 retirement contribution corrections.

The Employer has confirmed that retroactive employer match contributions have now been funded and are expected to appear in your Fidelity retirement accounts as of May 1, 2026. This initial deposit reflects the principal amount only (the missed employer contributions from January forward).

Fidelity is currently calculating any additional earnings associated with the delayed deposits, which are expected to be added within 5–10 business days after the initial posting.

Please note:
You may see a larger-than-usual employer contribution amount in your account, as this posting may include both:

  • Retroactive contributions (January–April), and
  • The regular employer match from the 04/24/2026 paycheck

Kadlec has also indicated they are still working to update year-to-date totals on pay statements, and we will share that timeline once it is confirmed.

We will continue to monitor this to ensure all contributions and associated earnings are fully and accurately applied.

If you review your account and believe something is incorrect, please reach out so we can assist.
