Kadlec Charge RNs: Share Your Staffing and Break Coverage Experience

WSNA is asking Kadlec RNs who have worked as charge or relief charge during the past 30 days to complete a brief survey about:

• Meal and rest break coverage, including break buddy use;
• How patient assignments and staffing plan compliance are tracked throughout the shift; and
• Opportunities to review and provide input on proposed staffing plans and matrices.

Your firsthand experience will help WSNA assess staffing practices and advocate for compliance with our contract and adopted staffing plans.
