The first day of contract negotiations is complete!

We presented contract proposals that we feel are needed to recruit and retain nursing staff and to aid us in providing safe patient care at the hospital and clinics. We heard from you that affordable health care premiums, increased wages, PTO accrual, vacation request concerns and safe staffing are important, so this is what we voiced along with some other concerns to management through our proposal. Management will be giving us their proposals and, hopefully, will provide responses to what we have asked at our next contract negotiation session on April 19, 2019. Stay tuned!

Please be sure to frequent this webpage for updates and asks.
