Thank You to Our Outgoing Officers
We want to extend a special thank-you to Michele Christiansen, Randi Neff, and Rosie Robertson for their years of service, leadership, and dedication.
Together, they led the NICU through its first standalone contract and all the changes that came with it. They approached that work with professionalism, determination, and an unwavering commitment to their fellow nurses.
During their time in office, our local unit grew in both size and strength. Per diem nurses and case managers joined the bargaining unit, nurses organized a successful informational picket, and members stood together through negotiations for a second contract.
Michele, Randi, and Rosie helped build a stronger and more united local unit. We are deeply grateful for the time, energy, and care they gave to this work.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
