Your WSNA Bargaining Team is Ready to Represent You
Posted Aug 15, 2025
We are excited to announce your WSNA bargaining team for our upcoming contract negotiations at Mary Bridge NICU. This team will be representing all nurses in the MB NICU at the bargaining table, bringing your priorities and your voice directly to management.
Our strength comes from every nurse standing together. Together we will fight for the best contract possible for all of us and we need every nurse standing shoulder to shoulder with us every step of the way. The best way to make sure your priorities are heard is to complete the pre-negotiation survey today.
Meet your team:
- Crystal Anderson
- Michele Christiansen
- Randi Neff
- Rosie Robertson
- Erin Pearson
- Cameron Warriner
This is your team and your contract. Let’s make sure we go into bargaining united and ready.
Fill out the Pre-Negotiation Survey Today!
In order for us to represent you as best as possible at the bargaining table we need to hear from you about what you want to see in a new contract. If you haven’t filled out the survey yet, please complete it today and ask your co-workers to do the same. You can complete the survey by following the link below.
Get to Know Your Bargaining Team
The members of our bargaining team are all nurses in the NICU, and over the next couple of months we will be highlighting each member as we prepare for negotiations. Today we are highlighting Cameron Warriner:
“When I am not fighting for our right to party, fair compensation, safe staffing and appropriate working conditions I enjoy playing guitar and spending time with my wife and two kids. I have been a RN in the NICU at TG/Mary Bridge for the past 8 years and this will be my second time representing the NICU during bargaining. Although I would be lying if I said I’m looking forward to the grueling hours ahead, I am though, honored to have the opportunity to play a role in making sure Mary Bridge NICU is one of the best places to work. A place where we are able to provide the highest quality of care for our community while making sure we as nurses are looked after and cared for as well.”

Communications During Bargaining
In addition to emails, we will be texting everyone through a unique number with updates, action items, volunteer opportunities and more throughout the contract campaign. It’s important to make sure that your number is up to date with WSNA. If you have not been receiving texts from WSNA please reach out to Jared or one of the officers for assistance.
We will have more info coming out soon about events like t-shirt hand outs and bargaining boot camp, leading up to the start of negotiations so if you know of someone not receiving communications from WSNA please let us know!
All of us in the NICU deserve the best contract we can get that includes fair wages and improvements to the workplace like better staffing and increased security. The only way we get that contract is by showing our solidarity every day, and that starts today. See you around the campus!
In solidarity,
Crystal Anderson, Chair
Randi Neff, Co-Chair
Michele Christianson, Treasurer
Rosie Robertson, Grievance Officer
