WSNA Nurses at Ocean Beach Health Ratify Contract!

Congratulations! A record‑breaking number of WSNA nurses participated in the vote, and an overwhelming majority voted YES to ratify our 2026–2029 collective bargaining agreement. Because of your solidarity, we are now one unified group of WSNA nurses with equal pay and opportunities across Ocean Beach Health.

What This Means:

✅ A ratified 3‑year contract

Wage and differential increases

Retroactive pay effective April 1

✅ A stronger voice at work—together

Thank You for Making This Happen.

This win belongs to all of us. Together, we are the union. Thank you to everyone who:

  • Filled out surveys.
  • Wore WSNA stickers and shirts.
  • Attended our meeting at Chico’s.
  • Talked with coworkers.
  • Attended commissioner meetings.

Your involvement and support made the difference.

What’s Next:

No contract enforces itself. Our strength comes from staying connected, informed, and engaged. As the contract takes effect, we’ll be:

  • Holding officer elections
  • Offering trainings and events
  • Creating opportunities for anyone who wants to get involved—big or small

Want to stay involved or learn more? Contact WSNA Nurse Rep Bret Percival at BPercival@wsna.org.

Stay Tuned.

Once the finalized contract is ready, we’ll gather to celebrate this achievement, talk officer elections, and share ways to make our union even stronger.  Together, we are stronger!

In solidarity,
Your WSNA Bargaining Team
