REMINDER! Your contract negotiations survey launched on October 7.
Do not delay. This is how your WSNA team fully prepares to effectively represent the nursesā priorities for your next contract. The current contract expires on April 30, 2027, but we MUST have survey data by the first week of December to be ready to hit the bargaining table in the first of the year, 2027! https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Overlake2026nego
Not a member yet? Here is the solution: Complete the online application right away. Our unity is our strength because the contract does not fight for itself. The employer counts every non-member as on their side. We must be prepared to unify around our shared interests to achieve the fair contract you all deserve. Do not let our contract risk take aways. Become a member today at www.wsna.org/membership/application.
What next? Take the survey and encourage your peers to do the survey as well. Our goal is for HIGH participation to ensure your team is best prepared to negotiate a strong, fair contract for all Overlake WSNA RNs.

Please read all Overlake communications regarding open enrollment. We learned that no significant changes to health benefit offerings for eligible employees are anticipated.
