Bargaining unit update - Day 3

WSNA signs

On August 12, 2024, our contract negotiation team met with PeaceHealth St. John management for our third day of in person negotiations. We gave management our counter proposal which included proposals related to standby, callback and wages that get you all much closer to Portland area competitive wages. We also had robust discussions about floating and their plans to digitize the schedule.

Thanks to everyone who put a message on the solidarity signage! Today, management took time to view the messages that each and every one of you wrote!

Every week during negotiations your bargaining team will be hosting virtual meetings on Wednesdays from 1800-1900 to give updates on negotiations, hear comments and answer questions!
