Intake deadline extended - DOSH Investigation of Safety Complaint

Nurses deserve the appropriate PPE to safely care for our patients in this pandemic. WSNA continues to dialogue with Children’s on a regular basis regarding PPE concerns we are hearing from nurses. We are seeking ongoing feedback regarding your concerns about PPE to aid in the investigation into the DOSH complaint. This complaint was filed on your behalf after many members voiced their concerns about the lack of access to PPE and about unsafe practices around the use/re-use of PPE and the cleaning of PPE.

Please take the time to fill out this very important intake form so we can continue to submit the results to the DOSH investigator. If you have already filled it out, please feel free to participate again with new or updated information. If you have not filled it out, please do so. We are extending the deadline through April 15, 2020. We understand that direction and information change on a day to day basis and from unit to unit so we want to hear from you.
