Why are Staffing complaint/Assignment Despite Objection (ADO) forms important?

Please help your staffing committee team members by filling out ADOs when you are faced with an unsafe staffing situation. It is extremely important to document all incidents of inadequate staffing. The Safe Staffing committee reviews these submissions to identify trends, evaluate staffing levels and to work on making improvements or changes to staffing where indicated. The new staffing law provides for additional remedies where unresolved complaints continue for a period of time. Help your team advocate for you! The online ADO form and the downloadable ADO form can be found here - https://www.wsna.org/union/ado
