COVID Vaccine mandate effects bargaining is complete

For several weeks now, your WSNA officers, nurse representative, and WSNA attorney have gone back and forth with King County to bargain the effects of the COVID vaccine mandate. We are pleased to announce that we have a signed agreement. We urge you to read the full agreement, which includes pay for missed work for vaccine side-effects, terms of separation and rehire for those who separate from employment for not being compliant with the mandate by Oct. 18, and more.

The labor-management meeting for JHS is Oct. 1 and we need to receive your agenda items by Sept. 27.
