WSNA and PROTEC17 are teaming up

Dear WSNA King County Public Health Members,

WSNA and PROTEC17 are teaming up to push back against budget cuts to Public Health.  These changes would undoubtedly and ultimately impact the critical services and programs that we provide to underserved communities, especially our community’s most vulnerable members.

We are calling on the King County Council to address the question: how will you plan to safeguard public health in our region and restore and bolster services for the communities that rely on them most urgently and regularly?

Use our easy-to-use email template to send an email to King County Council TODAY! You can use this link:

Please add personal stories if able – these are extremely helpful in expressing the urgency and importance of our concerns.

Once you are done, make sure to share our email campaign with your fellow King County Public Health co-workers to increase our collective impact. Remember, we are stronger together!

Questions? Staff nurses can contact WSNA Nurse Rep Tara Barnes, tbarnes@wsna.org.
