What happened this week?

The King County Council budget and fiscal management committee convened as planned on Nov. 13 and in an additional session on the 14th.  A HUGE "thank you" to the Public Health union coalition members from various work sites and programs who provided valuable public comment to council members to recommend passage.

What is next?

This matter now progresses to the full Council on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 9:30 a.m. Currently, it is agenda item #9. As before, you are invited to show up in support or provide up to 2 minutes of public comment in your off time on Zoom or in person.
