Skyline nurses, are you ok with this?

Skyline’s June 26 proposal on wages is for a 6.5% increase in year one, 4% in year two, and 3% in year three.

If you want higher wages, you need to act and let Skyline management know how you feel. The bargaining team has done what it can, we need the rest of you to come forward with us.

What can you do to help?

  • Observe bargaining tomorrow, July 16. Ideally, we would like people to come at 0830,  but if you cannot make 0800 come when you can and plan to stay.  Please contact Nurse Rep Bret Percival at 206-471-0876 or one of the bargaining team members if you can come.
  • Join us for a Sip and Chat meeting after bargaining tomorrow night July 16. We will meet at Everybody’s from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.

If you have any questions, you can reach out to Nurse Rep Bret Percival (bpercival@wsna.org).

In solidarity,
Your Bargaining Team
