WSNA has reached a tentative agreement with Snohomish County in preparation for your transition from the health district to the county. Our goal was to keep your status quo for hours, wages, and working conditions. We agreed to a one-year rollover to retain much of your current contract language and enhance some benefits with a modest wage increase of 5%.

Ratification of the agreement requires an in-person vote.
