We met on March 1, 2021, for our sixth negotiation session. We reached a tentative agreement! Despite the county’s financial difficulties, we succeeded in securing a 2% wage increase for 2021 that is retroactive back to Jan. 1, 2021 and 2% for 2022.
- More affordable health care benefits package for 2021 – 2022.
- An agreement to reclassify RN positions to PHN positions if RN prefers.
- This will be a two-year agreement, 2021 – 2022.
- New training and orientation language
We recommend a YES vote. More details about the tentative agreement and vote process will be announced shortly.
