We met on March 1, 2021, for our sixth negoti­a­tion session. We reached a tenta­tive agree­ment! Despite the county’s finan­cial diffi­cul­ties, we succeeded in securing a 2% wage increase for 2021 that is retroac­tive back to Jan. 1, 2021 and 2% for 2022.


  • More afford­able health care benefits package for 2021 – 2022.
  • An agree­ment to reclas­sify RN positions to PHN positions if RN prefers.
  • This will be a two-year agree­ment, 2021 – 2022.
  • New training and orien­ta­tion language

We recom­mend a YES vote. More details about the tenta­tive agree­ment and vote process will be announced shortly.
