Negotiations update

Attention WSNA union nurses:

We have been to the bargaining table for 8 days and management has yet to give us their economic proposals. They are still at 1.5% increases for each year of the three-year contract. It’s disrespectful and it doesn’t’ even cover cost of living increases.

WSNA has proposed a floating premium - management has given no response.

We also asked for an increase in charge pay - no response.

We proposed increase in night shift and for these nurses to be paid for their entire shift with NOC differential - no response.

We asked for increases in certification and advance degree pay - NO RESPONSE.

They want to take away our seniority rights when bidding for vacations.

Now is the time to show your solidarity and unity with your bargaining team - sticker up, badge up. Show we are unified in our fight for a fair and just contract.

UNITED WE BARGAIN! DIVIDED WE BEG!
