Shift Differential Grievance Meeting is TOMORROW

That’s right. Tomorrow is the Step 1 Association Group Grievance Meeting about your shift differential premiums. Since the implementation of Symplr, Peace Health has unilaterally changed the way in which they are paying this premium out to nurses. We will not allow them to make sudden changes that impact our RNs with out bargaining it. Peace Health must follow the contract.

If you would like to observe the Step 1 meeting, it will be held Wednesday, April 23 at 8 am via Teams. Nurses are invited to join the Teams call, but as observers only. Please reserve all arguments to the WSNA officers or nurse reps. If you plan to join, we ask you dial in 5 mins prior to the start of the meeting and stay the duration of the whole time. Please do not dial in late as this could be disruptive to the process.

We want to show management we are ONE. Join us!

An injury to ONE is an injury to ALL.

To obtain the Teams link for dial in, email Jaclyn Smedley BSN, RN WSNA Nurse Rep at jsmedley@wsna.org or a Local Unit Officer and one will be sent to you!
