URGENT NOTICE!  It is illegal for PeaceHealth to withhold your paycheck!

WSNA members, it has come to the attention of WSNA that some of our members have been threatened with having their paychecks withheld if they don't sign off on their timesheet. Please know that this is ILLEGAL. PeaceHealth must pay you for all hours worked in accordance with the WSNA/PSHW collective bargaining agreement and Washington State Law.

Please file a complaint with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and contact the WSNA Rep. if pay has been withheld without your authorization or if you haven't been paid for all hours worked.
