Flu vaccine declination option

WSNA recognizes your rights both under the contract to decline the influenza vaccine and under the law to religious and medical accommodations. As your bargaining representatives, we want to keep you as safe as possible on the job during flu season. With that in mind, we recommend following the CDC’s guidance for healthcare workers, including receiving the flu vaccine, unless a given recommendation conflicts with your religious or medical needs.

If you choose to decline the flu vaccine and wish to state the WSNA contract language as your reason for doing so, please fill out the form, to which we have included a link below, and return it employee health and keep copy for yourself.

Save the Date ! WSNA Holiday Party

There will be plenty of food and drink, door prizes, contract education and information shared about upcoming contract negotiations. The party will be located at the hospital on November 13, 2023 from 1730-2000 in the education auditorium!
