Contract negotiations survey 2022 and WSNA officer elections

Deadline to complete the survey is April 11, 2022

The term of office for the current set of WSNA officers ends June 2022 and your WSNA contract between WSNA and the Spokane Regional Health District expires Sept. 30, 2022. One of the surveys linked to below serves as a vehicle to nominate new officers and the other provides a way to express your interest and desires for the upcoming negotiating session.

By being a part of the WSNA officer team, you are a part of the negotiating team and a body of dynamic nursing leaders who have been given the authority to make critical decisions in the best interest of the nurses, though various platforms. Aside from negotiations, the officers engage in labor management which is a forum where the officers bring issues from the nurses forward to be addressed in a timely manner. You work closely with WSNA Nurse Rep Jaclyn Smedley to run the local unit.

The negotiating survey is your negotiating teams' first step in preparation for contract negotiations. Your input is critical in determining priorities as your team of nurses heads to the bargaining table. Please take a moment to complete the short interests survey. The power of representation comes from the willingness of registered nurses to unite. Our strength is in unity!
