Error on St. Clare’s ED nurses’ concerns survey.

We accidentally left off the contact information when we sent the survey out!

The return rate and information provided by those that have already taken it is significant. However, without the contact information the data is not valid, and we cannot use it. Therefore, if you have taken the survey already, you know it only takes a few minutes. We ask that you please retake it, only this time providing your name. If you have not taken it, please take it now. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Concerns have been brought to WSNA’s attention regarding the working conditions and work environment in the Emergency Department at St Clare Hospital. We want to fully understand the perspective of every nurse that works in the ED. Therefore, we are asking every WSNA nurse that works in, or floats to the ED to take the following survey,

All responses are confidential. WSNA staff will not share the individual responses with anyone. Only summaries and anonymous comments may be shared. We ask for your current contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions about your responses and so that we can share important information with you.

Questions? Contact WSNA Nurse Rep Barbara Friesen at bfriesen@wsna.org or 206-575-7979 ext. 3056.
