Sessions 2 and 3 completed

St Claire management has presented their language proposals, however, nothing yet regarding economics.

Their proposals contain takeaways that include:

Reducing the Per Diem in lieu of benefits premium

Reducing recall period when on a layoff recall roster

Eliminating free health tests

Most of both days were spent discussing WSNA’s proposals regarding:

Staffing

Rest break and meal periods

Workplace Violence
