Update on Differentials and Premiums Backpay

We know many of you were expecting your differentials and premiums backpay in this paycheck. Unfortunately, that payment was not processed as promised.

We’ve followed up with regional HR at VMFH and were told the issue originated at the national payment processing center. They’ve assured us that a special payment will be issued next week to make up for the delay.

This is not the first time we’ve had to push for timely and accurate pay. While we expect the special payment to be made as stated, we are no longer keeping our grievance in abeyance and will be moving forward with additional action to ensure accountability.

Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nurse Representative Jared Richardson at JRichardson@WSNA.org.
