Nominations for Local Unit Officer positions are now open!

Now that we’ve secured our contract, it’s time to elect our next team of Local Unit Officers for the 2025-2027 term! Strong leadership is essential to building our power at the hospital, enforcing our contract, and ensuring our voices are heard.

Local Unit Officers meet monthly to handle union business, serve on committees and the bargaining team, and organize key events like Nurses Week. This is your chance to step up and help shape the future of our union!

Who Can Run?
Per our local unit rules, any member in good standing can be nominated—including self-nominations! The only requirement is that the nurse being nominated must fill out a consent to serve form.

The following positions are up for election:

  • Two Co-Chairs
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Grievance Officer
