As part of the investigation into unfair labor practice charges filed with the National Labor Relations Board, the board agent has requested information from the union. This is related to unilateral implementation of the above policies. While some of you have contacted the union regarding the impacts of these policies, many others may not have done so. WSNA needs feedback from you about any reduced wages.

1. Since March 2020, were you forced to take unpaid leave for illness that would otherwise have been deducted from your PTO bank?
2. Were you forced to take unpaid time off after returning from personal travel?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, WSNA needs to hear from you ASAP!
