On the job COVID exposures

For nurses that believe they contracted COVID on the job, you need to complete a workers compensation claim. The hospital is self-insured through Corvell.

Process:

  1. No forms are needed to file a claim. Nurses can call 855-236-6737.
  2. Nurses can also speak to the Return to Work Specialist, Michelle Carlson, at 360-788-6300 x2547 to discuss the workers' compensation process.

  4. You have up to one year to file a claim.

Negotiation survey coming soon
