INFORMATIONAL PICKET PLEDGES FOR MAY 3, 0630-0900 AND 1300-1600

We are disappointed in management’s refusal to adequately address nurses’ concerns at negotiations and adequately recognize our contributions over the past two years. We need management to do more and do better to retain the nurses our community relies on for safe care and attract new nurses to St. Joe’s in order to stop relying so heavily on expensive traveler nurses.

Our patients deserve safe staffing levels to ensure good outcomes!

We have lost so many of our nurses. We need a compensation package that will attract and keep skilled staff nurses at our hospital. It is time to let our community know that we are fighting for them as well as for us, our patients, our families, and our hospital.

We need nurses to sign the pledge form so that we know how many of you will be at the Informational Picket on May 3. Please help by printing the pdf of the picket pledge form and ask all of your colleagues to sign if they can be there. This will show management that the nurses are serious!
