Day 10 of negotiations completed

  • Management's wage proposal came up but is still below what will keep nurses at St Joes.
  • Staffing is critical and management is not moving on any of our staffing proposals.
  • Safety of nurses inside and outside of the hospital is a major concern yet management refuses to commit to anything more than a committee.

WSNA is launching an aggressive plan for strike preparation! Much more to come about that but it starts with showing up at our picket tomorrow.
