Save the Date: Strike Preparation Sessions on Nov. 15 and 16

We have heard your voices loud and clear: management has yet to do more and do better. To show them that we’re serious, we’re moving forward strike preparations.

On Nov. 15, we will have four training sessions for nurses that want to have an active role in strike preparations. This session is to train assessment organizers, unit reps, and committee leaders on how to prepare for a strike. We’ll have four sessions at the Tacoma Firefighters Hall, located at 1109 S 50th St, Tacoma, WA 98408, as well as a virtual one.

Sessions are scheduled at:

7:30-9 a.m.

11:30 a.m.-1. p.m.

4:30-6 p.m.

7:30-9 p.m.

On Nov. 16, we will hold four sessions for any nurses who have questions about a potential strike. These sessions will give you a chance to voice any concerns you have, get more involved with WSNA, and give you some information on our next steps moving forward. We’ll have four sessions at the IBEW Local 76 Hall, located at 3049 S 36th St, Tacoma, WA 98409.

11:30 a.m.-1. p.m.

4:30-6 p.m.

7:30-9 p.m.
