Our FBC nurses are asking for everyone’s help and support at SJMC by signing their petition that demands change. The nurses believe every nurse should be provided safe staffing, meal and rest breaks, and be treated with respect.

They have tried sharing their concerns with their supervisors, made suggestions they believe would be helpful, and filed ADOs detailing the serious staffing safety concerns. Although the nurses were genuinely well-intended and hopeful, their supervisor’s response was deflecting and blaming the nurses for the staffing problems.
