Important Strike Authorization Vote Information

Day 13 of negotiations completed

Today was our first day with the Federal Mediator. Despite bargaining until past 2100, unfortunately, we were not able to reach an agreement. We are scheduled to meet again with the mediator’s assistance this Friday, Dec. 17, 2021.
We are still trying to come to an agreement on staffing, safety, wages, retention bonuses, just cause for Per Diems, rest between shift premium for procedural call nurses, Juneteenth, and the Racial Justice Taskforce.
