DOSH Investigation of Safety Complaint

Nurses deserve the appropriate PPE to safely care for our patients in this pandemic.

Many legitimate concerns have been voiced about the lack of access to PPE, communications that change day to day, and difficulty finding information about COVID. Because of the concerns about PPE, The Washington State Nurses Association made the difficult decision to file a complaint with the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) of Labor and Industries (L&I) based on credible reports that nurses did not have access to PPE including N‑95 respirators and face masks.

It is important for both now, and the future, that everyone’s concern on appropriate PPEs is heard! Please take the time to fill out this very important intake form prior to 5 p.m. on March 30 so we can submit the results to the DOSH investigator.
