St. Luke’s Nurses — We Want to Hear from You

WSNA is conducting a bargaining-unit survey to better understand nurses’ experiences at St. Luke’s regarding staffing, patient safety, the ability to speak up without fear of retaliation, support from leadership, pay practices, workplace culture, and nurse retention.

A link to the survey is being sent directly to your personal email.

Please answer honestly based on your own experiences and observations. Our goal is to obtain an accurate picture of what nurses working at this facility are experiencing so that WSNA can identify patterns, establish member priorities, and determine what actions may be needed.

Your responses are confidential

WSNA may use identifying information to verify that responses are from bargaining-unit nurses and to ensure that only one submission per individual is counted. Your identifying information and individual survey responses will not be shared with St. Luke’s or Providence management.

Survey results may be reported or used by WSNA in an aggregate or de-identified manner as part of our representation and advocacy.

To protect the integrity of the results:

✓ One response per individual will be counted.
✓ Please use the survey link sent directly to you.
✓ Duplicate submissions will not be counted.
✓ Submissions that cannot be verified as coming from a bargaining-unit nurse will not be included in the final results.

This survey is an opportunity to tell WSNA what it is actually like to work at St. Luke’s including what is working, what is not, and what you believe needs to change.

We need an accurate picture, and that requires hearing directly from you.

Please watch your email for your WSNA survey link and take a few minutes to complete it.

Your experience matters. Your voice matters.
