Save the Date: Bargaining Boot Camps

We are thrilled to announce two upcoming Bargaining Boot Camps on Saturday, September 27 and Saturday, October 4 from 1300 to 1600 at Titlow Park Picnic Shelter.

These sessions are open to all WSNA nurses at Tacoma General and Mary Bridge NICU, along with your families.

At these Boot Camps, you will gain the tools and knowledge needed to take on negotiations season with confidence. We will cover what is at stake in this round of bargaining, how collective action drives results, and the concrete steps each of us can take to secure the strong contract we deserve.

This is more than a training — it is an opportunity to build solidarity, strengthen our union, and prepare for the fight ahead. When nurses stand together, we win safer staffing, fair wages, and protections that benefit every nurse and every patient.

Bring your families and pets to enjoy a supportive community atmosphere. There will be activities for children of all ages, as well as snacks and drinks for everyone.

Join us as we get ready to make our voices heard and show management that WSNA nurses are united, determined, and ready to win.

See you there!

In Solidarity,

Your local unit officers
