Ratified and Ready: Time to Elect Our Officers

With the successful ratification of our new contract, we’ve taken an important step forward together. Now it’s time to build on that momentum by electing leaders who will help guide, protect, and strengthen our unit.

We will be holding elections for the following positions:

  • Chairperson – Presides over all unit meetings and serves as an ex officio voting member of all committees. Provides overall leadership and direction.
  • Co-Chairperson – Steps in when the Chairperson is absent and supports the ongoing work and priorities of the unit.
  • Secretary/Treasurer – Maintains meeting records and oversees the unit’s finances.
  • Grievance Officer – Serves as a liaison between our unit and WSNA, advising and assisting with grievances to ensure our contract is upheld. One or more members may hold the role.
  • Membership Officer – Responsibilities include welcoming new members and strengthening participation and communication across the unit.

PTO Donations to the Bargaining Team

Our WSNA bargaining team at TG dedicated countless hours fighting for the contract victories we all share, and they did it as volunteers. Now, you have the opportunity to show your appreciation and support by donating PTO to help them recoup the time they spent advocating for all of us. Every donation, big or small, is deeply appreciated and a meaningful way to say thank you for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to our union.

You can fill out a PTO donation form by following the link below. Please email completed forms to Ryan Silva at rsilva@wsna.org.
