WSNA-Negotiated Wage Increase and $1,000 Bonus
Posted July 22, 2026
Through collective bargaining, Astria Toppenish WSNA nurses secured both a new wage increase and a one-time bonus.
New wage rates: Effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2026, nurses will receive a 3.5% increase to their base wage rates under the contractual wage tables.
One-time bonus: Eligible nurses should have received a $1,000 lump-sum bonus, less applicable deductions, in the first full pay period after June 30, 2026. To qualify, you must have:
- Been a full-time or part-time nurse on the payroll on the date the agreement was ratified; and
- Remained on the payroll through June 30, 2026.
Please review your paystub to confirm that the bonus was paid. If you met the eligibility requirements but did not receive it, contact your WSNA Nurse Representative or a local WSNA officer so we can follow up.
These improvements were secured through the collective efforts of Astria Toppenish nurses, local WSNA officers, the bargaining team, and WSNA staff. When nurses participate, remain united, and enforce their contract, we protect the gains won at the bargaining table.
