Patient Navigator MOU Ratification Vote 5/13/2025-5/14/2025

Earlier this year, our Patient Navigator, Julia Dudkina, voted in a National Labor Relations Board election to join our bargaining unit! We subsequently negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with management outlining the terms to bring her into our contract. This MOU will provide our Patient Navigator with all the provisions of our contract that we enjoy, and our Local Unit Officers strongly endorse a YES Vote.

You can read the MOU here

Voting for the MOU is scheduled for next week and will be conducted entirely online. Voting will begin at 0600 on 5/13/2025 and will conclude at 1700 on 5/14/2025. Ballots will be sent to your PERSONAL EMAIL and will come from WSNA. Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure the ballot reaches you.

In Solidarity,
