Elections

It's time for new officer elections. The call for your nominations form is in the mail. Please complete the form and send it back in the prepaid envelope enclosed. The instructions are included in the packet.

OT grievance

We currently have a grievance in abeyance regarding OT. If you pick up an extra shift at the beginning of your work week that is a premium shift. If that puts you into over 40 hours/week you should also be getting OT for any hours over 40. They are not currently doing that. Please fill out our OT survey by December 11.

Parity (Pay for Service)

Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey regarding where you should be on the wage scale. Many nurses were not given credit for service. We are currently working on this. More to come.

Sue Dunlap is still out on FMLA at least through the end of December. Carmen Garrison, Resource Nurse Representative is continuing to cover for her in her absence.
