Your Voice. Your Contract. Your Future.

With our contract expiring on October 31, 2026, bargaining season is quickly approaching. Your bargaining team is already hard at work reviewing priorities, discussing workplace issues, and getting ready for negotiations.

As we prepare for this important opportunity to improve our contract, we need your voice at the center of the process. The strongest bargaining priorities come directly from the experiences, ideas, and concerns of the nurses who do this work every day.

Bargaining isn't just about the team at the table; it's about all of us. The strength of our union comes from nurses standing together, sharing our experiences, and working collectively toward common goals. When we show up, speak up, and support one another, we build the power needed to win meaningful improvements.

Upcoming outreach opportunities to connect:

📍Contract Conversations (Cafeteria Time)

  • Thursday | 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

📍Unit Connections (Rounding)

  • Friday | 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Whether you have questions, concerns, ideas, or simply want to learn more about the bargaining process, we want to hear from you. No concern is too small, and every perspective helps strengthen our work.

This is your opportunity to help shape our priorities before we head to the bargaining table. Come share what's working, what challenges you're facing, and what improvements you'd like to see in our next contract.

Your bargaining team is excited, energized, and ready to fight for the issues that matter most to the nurses at our facility. Together, we can build a stronger contract, strengthen our profession, and continue improving our workplace for everyone.

We look forward to seeing you, hearing your ideas, and continuing to build our nursing community, one conversation at a time.

See you this week!

In Solidarity,
Your local unit officers
