Step Placement Requests

UGMC WSNA RNs,

Please thoroughly and legibly complete the Step Placement Request Form (section 2 of the form is the only optional section) save and attach to a MyHR ticket (Crossroads -> MyHR -> Caregiver Resources -> AskHR). Request the review of your Step Placement per the UGMC WSNA Contract.

Submissions are required to be put into MyHR by midnight 2/29/24. The Month of March with be the review period and HR will follow up if there are questions, please do your best to return answers in a timely manner.

The effective date changes after validation will be 4/7/24 and will be reflected on the 4/26/24 paycheck. There will not be retro payments made. There will not be decreases in pay.
