We started negotiations for our next contract on Tuesday 10/3. This morning we presented our opening proposal to management and we'll be in bargaining today 10/4 and tomorrow 10/5. We'll update you again tomorrow on where things stand before we reconvene on 10/17 for another session.

How you can help:

1. We understand that the current insurance carrier, UMR, and Family Care Network no longer have a contract. Please fill out this simple survey so we can show management's benefits team how many RNs were affected by this change.
2. Follow your bargaining unit on Instagram at @wsna_united_general  for updates and tag us to show your support!
3. Remember to thank your negotiating team, who are using their days off and PTO to bargain this contract: Austin Bordeleau, Holly Swanson, Kelsey Sousa, Robyn Tilton, Sara Langrock, Shannon Lauder and Shawna Smith. You can use the PTO form on our local unit page to help them meet their FTE while they're in bargaining.
