Don’t Miss Your Chance to be Heard

Nurses are known for speaking up for their patients, now it’s time to speak up for yourselves.

The bargaining survey is now open, and this is our opportunity to help shape the priorities for our upcoming negotiations. Before a bargaining team is selected and proposals are developed, we need to hear directly from the nurses who make up our bargaining unit.

This survey is one of the most important ways for members to share their experiences, concerns, and ideas for improvement. Whether your priorities include staffing, wages, scheduling, benefits, workplace safety, or other workplace issues, your input will help guide the direction of negotiations.

We encourage you to be honest and thoughtful in your responses. The more accurate feedback we receive, the better prepared we will be to represent the needs of our nurses at the bargaining table.

Every response strengthens our collective voice. When more members participate, we gain a clearer picture of what matters most across the unit and can advocate effectively for meaningful improvements.

The survey closes on March 20, so please take a few minutes to complete it before the deadline.

Reminder: Please complete the survey during your break or meal period.

Your voice helps shape our priorities, strengthens our unity, and ensures that the concerns of nurses across the unit are heard. Together, we can build a stronger contract that reflects the needs and dedication of the nurses who provide care every day.

Together, our voices are stronger.
