WSNA had been working with the employer for months on getting to a place of agreement on a MOU for Meal and Rest Breaks.

This Memorandum of Understanding includes second meal waivers with a life span of RN choice.

This includes the ability to waive a second meal break and avoid a mandatory 13 hour work day.

This includes the ability to combine meal and breaks.

Lastly, this MOU includes the ability to be flexible in the timing of your meal and breaks.

All WSNA members in good standing will be voting to accept this on Wednesday, November 20.

Your Local Unit Leaders recommend a "YES" vote!

In Solidarity,

Chair - Chris Jakubowski
Co-Chair - Teresa Wren
Secretary/Treasurer - Doug Harper
Grievance Officer - Janet O. Bower
Membership Officer - Claire Rovang
