UWMC Montlake Bargaining Update

Your WSNA team of registered nurses continues to engage with the employer in an effort to reach a fair contract.  We have bargained for 17 sessions, the last two of which included the assistance of a professional mediator.

Both parties continue to exchange counters but as of today, we have not been able to make the progress necessary to reach a Tentative Agreement to bring to a vote of the membership.

No date to reconvene is currently on the calendar but we are looking at dates and, in the meantime, are working on a counter to send back to the employer as soon as early next week.

Thanks to all of the Registered Nurses that have reached out and offered your ongoing support in an effort to reach a fair contract.
